There’s nothing like going to the farmer’s market on a beautiful, sunny afternoon. Markets allow for such a welcoming atmosphere for the whole family to enjoy. Not only do you commonly bump into an old friend, but you can make new friends with fellow customers, or even the food producers. Oxford County is lucky enough to have 5 amazing markets for all of your grocery needs. It could be a fun idea to try one of the markets every week to see what different, delicious options each one has to offer. If you don’t have time to check out all of the markets, here is a little summary of each.

THAMESFORD
Thamesford Farm Fresh Market is a producer market featuring farmers and bakers in the Thamesford Area. This market may be small in size, but it is large in heart with honey, maple syrup, fruit, and even the option for organic produce. Follow them on facebook to keep up-to-date on their special event days with live music, food and additional vendors on site.
